Role:
- Assisting Office Manager and Project Coordinator
- Help with preparation of client proposal using specialized design program
- Pricing and availability
- Order Tracking and Coordinating installation
- Receiving and inspections of orders
- General office duties (greet visitors, answer phone calls, etc)
Skills:
- Proficient in spreadsheets, Google and Google Suite
- Technologically savvy - Ability to learn new programs and platforms
