Job Description
Indigo Park is looking for an analytical problem solver with strong organizational skills who communicates effectively to fill the position of Monthly Parking Coordinator for our Calgary office.
What Would You Be Doing?
Customer Service:
· Answer inbound emails and phone calls within the department;
Act as a point of contact for parking customers, including greeting walk-ins;
· Provide comprehensive service and support for Monthly Parking customers, including potential and existing customers;
· Respond to customer inquiries ensuring customers receive timely resolution and accurate information;
· Demonstrate excellent customer service to assist in retaining Monthly Parking customers;
· Ensure all customer account information is updated accurately and notes are entered for every transaction;
· Provide service for customers and maintain Monthly Parking accounts.
Administrative:
· Keep accurate records and update the system with required information;
· Receive and accurately input customer information;
· Complete and maintain any required paperwork or filing;
· Keep up to date with constant changes in workflow.
What Are We Looking For?
· 1 year of experience in a similar position;
· Accounting and billing experience (an asset);
· Strong customer service and people skills, with ability to resolve conflicts;
· Ability to maintain confidentiality;
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
· Open to change and willing to learn new skills in a constantly changing environment;
· Ability to meet deadlines;
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
· Positive attitude.
