Job description

We are Sollio Agriculture. We support farmers across Canada to help them maximize their performance, keeping in mind that there are only 24 hours in a day and 365 days in a year.

Office Coordinator

Work location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Status: Professional, Permanent, Full Time

CHALLENGES WE OFFER

  • Coordinating and managing the calendar of activities;
  • Providing team members with administrative support;
  • Developing presentations and formatting documents if required;
  • Correspondence and revision of documents, updating as needed;
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients;
  • Providing management support for multisector projects and optimizing administrative processes;
  • Helping optimize various tools and dashboards;
  • Invoicing and following-up on payments;
  • Help managing staff relations and day to day activities.
  • Intake of customer sales orders via phone, text or email ;
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory levels in accordance with accounting auditing practice

YOU FIT THE FOLLOWING PROFILE

  • You have a college diploma in business or administrative studies;
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Proficiency of Office 365;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle several tasks at once;
  • You are known for your analysis skills, creativity and initiative;
  • You excel in a results-oriented and customer-centered (internal and external) environment;
  • You have a positive can-do attitude;
  • Knowledge of the cooperative agricultural industry is an asset.
