Diversified Staffing Services, Alberta's leading staffing agency is currently recruiting a Payroll/ HR Admin for a busy construction company.
Responsibilities:
Processing full-cycle bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for approx. 200 employees
· Processing adjustments, retroactive pay and terminations
· Calculating/withholding garnishees
· ROE submissions
· Entering and verifying TD1 forms
· Responding to employee inquires
· Ad hoc duties as required
· Full cycle Human Resources
· Job costing reports
· Administrator company medical benefits
· Vacation & attendance tracking
· Book flights, hotels & rental cars for out-of-town work
· Administrator WCB claims & return to work program
· Administrator safety training & the company online safety program
· Prepare & host the monthly office tailgate meetings
· COVID tracking
· Assist with the front door – answering phones, unlocking the door for visitors & ordering office supplies
