Early Morning Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently seeking a EARLY MORNING FRONT DESK RECEPIONIST to join our team.

What's a Front Desk Receptionist?
The front counter receptionist is the first and last Fitness Unlimited team member that our valued members see upon arriving and leaving the gym. That is why we look for friendly, polite and energetic people for this role. They are also responsible for answering the phone, booking appointments, taking payment for retail items and maintaining tanning rooms. They are an ambassador for the club and aim to provide a welcoming, inclusive, safe and enjoyable environment for members at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work all scheduled shifts, with strict attention to being on time.
- Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate department
- Follow opening procedures as required
- Provide a friendly, upbeat and welcoming environment at all times.

-Must be comfortable working alone.

Required Experience:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- A friendly and outgoing demeanor

• Compensation and hours:

- Starting wage of $17.65/hr. + Free Gym Membership & Staff Discounts on Services
- The shifts we are currently looking to fill are as follows:

• Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Mornings 3:45am - 9:00am from March-May then the shifts would be Sunday 6:45-11am and Monday and Tuesday 3:45am-9am.
