Finance Clerk AR Billing
The AR Billing Clerk plays a significant part in the financial health of the municipality, by ensuring sustainable cash flow and contributing to the financial accuracy and accountability. This role is responsible for the maintenance of the utility billing (water and wastewater) accounts, which includes all billing and adjustments as required. Further, this role is the primary contact person for water and wastewater account inquiries. Also, this position is involved in managing and overseeing the Township’s general receivables. Due Care is needed to ensure timely and accurate invoice preparation and dispatch. Key responsibilities are invoice creation, record keeping, payment management and reporting. The duties are somewhat varied, and this role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This position is a 35-hour work week. Hourly Range
