THE FOLLOWING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED :
- Fast learner
- Must have a Vehicle or ride to get to work
- Computer Skills
- Preferences will be given to candidates who can speak more than 1 language but not necessary
- No healthcare experience necessary but MUST have previous sales and customer service experience
- Must possess great letter writing skills and needs to be able to compose a proper business letter from point form notes.
- Flexible to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure
- Excellent ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail oriented with a solid background in record keeping procedures and maintaining organized documentation, filing and scheduling systems. Accuracy is vital
- Excellent communication skills, expediting work flow, and followup
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) software required. A general understanding of Excel and Word will not suffice
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Preference will be given to Medical Office Admin Students or Graduates
