```Duties```
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting with data entry and document preparation
- Providing administrative support to staff as needed
```Experience```
- Experience with phone systems and handling phone calls in a professional manner
- Knowledge of Medical Office procedures and terminology (preferred for Medical Office Secretary)
- Experience as a dental receptionist (preferred for dental Office Secretary)
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (such as Epic)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
