Medical Receptionist

Hours

Thursdays and Friday 9am to 3pm

Every other Saturday 10am to 3pm

Duties

- VIETNAMESE LANGUAGE IS A MUST

- Oscar EMR experience a MUST
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication in Vietnamese and customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

• Medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

• Mississauga, ON L4W 1P1 (required)
