Medical Receptionist

Growing our Team at Carp Ridge EcoWellness Centre!

We are looking for an experienced, part-time clinic receptionist at the Carp Ridge EcoWellness Centre near Carp.

Your schedule will vary, with some weekdays, evenings, Saturdays and split shifts. You must be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, Word & social media; it’s an asset if you’re familiar with JaneApp.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

· Scheduling, welcoming and checking out patients.

· Emails, phone calls and other communications with patients & practitioners.

· Doing some in-house testing (hair, saliva, and urine).

· Electronic & paper filing.

· Organization & collaboration within our team.

· Ordering & tracking inventory.

· Social media monitoring.

· Closing duties.

· Some cleaning if needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.55-$23.93 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Clinic receptionist: 1 year (required)
