We offer a wide array of on-site cardiac testing including echocardiography, stress test, myocardial perfusion imaging, Holter monitoring, ECG, and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.

What we are hiring for?

We are hiring a full time receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

. Check patients in and update any changes in their demographic information in the Electronic Medical Records.

. Notify the appropriate staff when a patient has arrived late or did not show up to a scheduled appointment.

. Escort the patients from the waiting room to the designated exams rooms and offer assistance if needed.

. Apply the blood pressure monitors on the patients and document vitals in the electronic medical chart.

. Scan the patients’ medication lists and forms into the patient's' electronic medical charts

. Assist the manager, physicians and staff in technical duties such as faxing, printing and billing.

. Remind patients of upcoming appointments.

. Respond to patients inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

. OHIP billing.

. Processing referrals.

Requirements:

• Bilingualism is preferred.
• Familiar with EMR, Accuro EMR experience is a must.
• Ability to prioritize and accommodate urgent requests.
• Excellent communication (oral, written, telephone) and interpersonal skills; dealing effectively with patients, physicians and staff.
• Experience in a medical office for at least 1 year is a must.
