Receptionist/Admin

We are looking for a full time receptionist for our Maserati / Alfa Romeo dealership!

Responsibilities:

• Take and receipt payments for the sales department
• Receive and distribute incoming calls and e-mails
• Maintain a clean workspace, manage office supplies inventory and filing cabinets
• Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems, facilitating expense reports, and ordering office supplies
• Compile and document incoming messages, phone calls, voicemails, follow up request, memos, and emails and report it to the General Manager
• Assist group execs by assisting with meeting preparation if needed
• Ensure basic bookkeeping duties are accurate and complete
• Assists with licensing duties
• Handling incoming calls
• Greet clients as they enter showroom and direct them to correct department
• Other duties as requested by management
