This is a full-time In office position. Monday - Friday, all year, standard 8:30am - 5:00pm
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering Phones
- Invoicing
- Material Tracking
- Job Costing Tracking
- Managing Social Media accounts as required
- Managing/Filing Contracts
- Locates
- New Employee Screening
- Filing
- Assisting Executives as required
- Ordering Supplies
- Misc. duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of experience required
- Accounting education preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook (Microsoft Office)
- Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Bring initiative to the position
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients both verbally and written
- Must be able to work independently and as a team.
- Quickbooks knowledge an asset
- Construction knowledge an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
