Cardiology Diagnostic Centre
Part time contract - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Possibility for Full Time)
Responsibilities:
- Register patients.
- Confirm health card and patient information.
- Schedule patient appointments for physician and testing.
- Confirm appointments by phone with patients and answer any questions.
- Assist in filing medical records.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails.
- Process referrals and schedule appointments with patients accordingly.
- Refer patients for diagnostic testing.
- Maintain schedule for physician and technicians.
- Scan in documents as needed.
Qualifications:
- Completion of Medical Administration Course .
- Accuro EMR experience .
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communications skills .
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
Education:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
Work Location: In person
