Medical Receptionist

Full-Time Medical Receptionist needed for busy medical practice. Looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and operate multi-line phone system.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Greet and communicate with patients while portraying a professional impression of our practice.
• Maintain a tidy and sanitary office and waiting area.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Order and maintain appropriate levels of office supplies and medical supplies.
• Sorting and responding to incoming mail and faxes.
• Filling forms and documents with accuracy.
• Operate and maintain computers, fax, phone, other office equipment.
• Various clerical support duties as required.

• Superior multi-tasking skills to maintain efficiency in high-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change on the job.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office technology (fax, copier, phone, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented to ensure accuracy in documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
