Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Collect and update patient information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Assist with health care verification and billing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, pulling charts and scanning documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar setting preferred but not required
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations
This job opening is temporary, but may lead to a permanent position.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional customer service to patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
Prior experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred, but training can be provided.
